How much do you charge for shipping?

Canada Post - Letter Mail Canadian bound Orders $7 shipping

Canada Post - Tracked Canadian bound Orders $15 shipping 

Canada Post - Tracked US Orders $35 CAD shipping

Canada Post - Tracked International Orders $80 CAD 

 

Courier (Mikus Transport/3rd party courier off-Island) Canadian bound Orders -$35

We ship everywhere in Canada, USA and globally.

When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment team moves quickly and your order begins processing the moment you place it. Orders placed with our free standard shipping should arrive 7-10 business days after the order date. However this is just an estimate based on our previous shipments timelines. There is alway a possibility of delays due weather and number  of issues that can delay and disrupt Canada Post and international logistics.

Note: We will process all orders as quickly as possible, and we will provide tracking information and delivery status updates from the time your order leaves our warehouse. Unfortunately, we cannot control transit times once your order ships.

How do I check the status of my order?

After your order is placed you should receive an order confirmation email instantly.Within 2-3 days of placing your order, you should receive an email including your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. If you did not receive notification  e-mail, please check your spam folder.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, contact us at trev@westcoastees.com soon as possible. Our fulfillment team moves quickly and your order begins processing the moment you place it. This means there is a very short window to cancel or change your order but we will always do our best to help.

What happens if my order is lost?

If you haven’t received your order past reasonable shipping time or the tracking system says that it was delivered, but no parcel has arrived, please contact us at trev@westcoastees.com. We will start an investigation with Canada Post to locate missing parcel and also will make arrangements to send you a replacement.
