Return Policy 

We stand by the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the items.

We want to hear from you! Westcoastees customers inspire us to do better. Let us know what’s not working so that we can get it right in the future.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send back your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We’d love the opportunity to make things right. Contact us here:  trev@westcoastees.com 

  

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we do not accept items that have been stained, washed or damaged due to customer use.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and then make a separate purchase for the new item once your return request is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
